Include the category, city, registration classification, actual condition, available service and clear photos. Avoid claiming availability or earnings that have not been confirmed. Make it simple for customers to enquire without seeing your personal number publicly.

Verify eligibility before approving bookings

A white-board or private vehicle may be subject to restrictions on commercial rental. Check permits, insurance, local transport rules, tax and operator duties with an appropriately qualified adviser. A host declaration alone is not independent eligibility verification.

Compare full terms, not just a price

Ask for the exact vehicle, dates, available pickup location, deposit, distance allowance, fuel or charging policy, late charges and cancellation terms. An itemised quotation is more useful than a headline day rate.

Review documents and permitted use
