Information we use
When enabled, sign-in requires your email address and a temporary verification code. Registered users can provide their name, callback phone number and booking-request details. Hosts may provide vehicle classification, location, descriptions and declarations. We use this data only to operate account access, requests, host communication, compliance review and security audits.
Who sees your contact information
A submitted booking request allows the relevant host to view the booker's callback details after signing in. Host phone numbers are not published to bookers. Your details are not displayed to unrelated hosts. Technical infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf under their terms.
Verification documents
Government-ID and vehicle-document upload and automated verification are not activated on this release. Do not send identity documents unless our secure verification workflow is enabled and provides a specific notice. A maximum six-month verification retention policy is planned, subject to legal requirements and secure deletion controls, but is not yet a live feature.
Account export and deletion
Signed-in users may download their account details or delete their accounts using the controls under Your Account. Account deletion removes associated local listings, booking requests, aggregate demand signals and sign-in sessions. Existing legal-hold requirements, where applicable, will need separate review and implementation before introducing regulated documents or payment records.
Retention and requests
Account and booking data are retained while needed to administer the service, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Automated self-service erasure is still being implemented. To request access, correction or deletion, contact our published support number. Please do not send ID photos over unsolicited messages.
Payments and rentals
GetMyGaadi does not collect vehicle rental payments or deposits. Actual rental arrangements are separately controlled by hosts.
Public enquiries and password accounts
When you send a public enquiry, we collect the name, callback number, optional email, city, state, vehicle preferences and message that you submit, together with limited anti-abuse information. We use these details to respond and prevent misuse; they are not public vehicle listing details. New password accounts use salted, one-way password derivation. Creating a password account does not verify ownership of the email address, and the site may require later verification. For enquiries and account data requests, contact [email protected].
