Our role

We provide vehicle listing, search and booking-request forwarding. We are not the rental operator or a party to any rental agreement. A booking request is not a reservation confirmation. Hosts independently decide whether to respond, contract, exchange payments, hand over a vehicle or cancel arrangements.

Host obligations

Hosts must have lawful ownership or authorization, all applicable licences, permits, insurance and appropriate registration for the precise activity advertised. White-board/private registration does not automatically permit commercial rental use. A declaration alone does not establish legality or insurance coverage. We may hold or remove listings pending compliance review.

Booker obligations

Bookers must provide accurate callback and eligibility information, possess valid permissions to drive when relevant, and comply with host agreements and law. Never share another user's personal information.

Fees and promotions

Organic listings and booking requests are currently free. We do not collect rental amounts, deposits or booking commissions. Any future sponsored placement must be clearly distinguished from organic listings.

Reporting and disputes

Users should report fraud, unlawful offers and inaccurate listings to our published support number. We review reports, may suspend access and may preserve legally required audit information. Host-renter contractual disputes must normally be addressed with the relevant host, subject to applicable law and rights.
